DialerNumber.xyz is an aggregation marketplace for phone-number and WhatsApp-active datasets. We don't collect data ourselves — we curate, verify, and resell records sourced from a network of trusted upstream partners. Think of us as the wholesale layer between dozens of fragmented data vendors and the marketers who actually need clean, working numbers.

Our supply network includes:

Opt-in landing-page networks — quizzes, comparison sites, free-trial sign-ups
Telegram lead-aggregator groups — verified resale partners we have ongoing relationships with
B2B data platforms — Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, RocketReach, Lusha, Kaspr, Hunter.io, Snov.io, Cognism, and similar tools
Publisher partners — operators who collect first-party opt-ins under their own privacy policies
Public B2B directories — companies' own published contact info

Because we aggregate from many sources, we can offer broader country coverage and better dedupe than any single-vendor product.

✅ How we verify before listing

Every record we resell goes through our QA pipeline:

WhatsApp-active check — every WA pack is validated against the WhatsApp network within 30 days
Format normalisation — phone numbers normalised to E.164
Cross-vendor dedupe — duplicates removed across all upstream sources
DNC scrub — checked against US, UK, EU, AU, CA national DNC registries (where applicable)
Opt-in source tagging — each record carries upstream source URL + consent timestamp where the vendor provided one
