1. Who we are

DialerNumber.xyz ("we", "us", "the marketplace") operates an aggregation marketplace for phone-number and WhatsApp-active datasets. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect about you (the website visitor / buyer), what data we list inside the marketplace (third-party records sourced from vendors), and how both are handled.

2. Data we collect about you (the buyer)

When you sign up or use the site we collect:

Account data — name, email, password (bcrypt-hashed), optional company & phone
Order data — what you bought, how much, crypto currency used, transaction hash
Session data — login session cookies, IP address, browser user-agent
Support data — anything you send us via the contact form or email

We do not collect or store credit-card data — payments are crypto only.

3. Marketplace data (records we sell)

The phone-number / WhatsApp records listed in our marketplace are third-party data sourced from upstream vendors:

Opt-in landing-page networks (quizzes, comparison sites, free-trial sign-ups)
Telegram lead-aggregator groups we have partner relationships with
B2B data platforms — Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, RocketReach, Lusha, Kaspr, Hunter.io, Snov.io, Cognism, etc.
Publisher / partner web properties operating under their own privacy policies
Public B2B directories (companies' own published contact info)

Every record passes through our verification pipeline — WA-active check, dedupe, format normalisation, and DNC scrub against US, UK, EU, AU, CA national registries (where applicable) — before it appears in the marketplace.

We do not source from breached databases, leaked dumps, scraped private profiles, or any unconsented source.

4. How we use your data

Operate your account, process orders, deliver downloads
Send transactional messages (order receipts, sample availability, password resets)
Provide customer support and respond to your inquiries
Detect fraud, abuse, or violation of our Terms
Comply with legal obligations (tax, regulatory requests)

We do not sell your buyer-account data to third parties, and we do not run advertising networks on this site.

5. Who we share data with

Marketplace buyers — when you (a buyer) purchase a dataset, the records in that pack are shared with you. From that point you are an independent data controller for those records and are responsible for their compliant use.
Hosting & infrastructure providers — server hosts, CDN, email-delivery service
Crypto-payment monitoring — public blockchain APIs we use to verify your transaction hash
Law enforcement — only when compelled by valid legal process in our jurisdiction

6. Cookies & sessions

We use a single first-party session cookie (signed) to keep you logged in. We do not use third-party advertising or analytics trackers. The site loads a public Google Fonts stylesheet and a flag-image CDN (flagcdn.com) — those services may log basic request metadata under their own policies.

7. Your rights — GDPR / CCPA / LGPD / PDPA

Depending on your jurisdiction you may have the right to:

Access the personal data we hold about you
Correct inaccurate data
Request deletion ("right to be forgotten")
Object to processing or restrict it
Receive your data in a portable format
Withdraw consent at any time
Lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority

To exercise any of these rights email legal@dialernumber.xyz. We respond within 30 days (often within 1 business day).

8. Removing your phone number from the marketplace

If a phone number you own (or a number you legally represent) appears in our marketplace and you want it removed, email legal@dialernumber.xyz with the number in E.164 format (e.g. +14045551212). We will:

Remove the record from active marketplace listings within 24 hours
Add it to our internal suppression list (so future vendor uploads can't re-introduce it)
Notify upstream vendors to scrub it from their feeds

9. Marketplace disclaimer — we are not responsible for buyer misuse

DialerNumber.xyz is a data marketplace. We verify and resell records sourced from third-party vendors. Once a buyer downloads a dataset, the buyer becomes the data controller for that data. We are not responsible for how buyers use the data, including any non-compliant calls, messages, account bans, regulatory fines, civil suits, or other consequences. Full liability terms are in our Terms of Service.

10. Data retention

Buyer account data is kept for as long as your account exists, plus up to 6 years for tax/accounting. You can delete your account at any time by emailing legal@dialernumber.xyz. Order data is retained for accounting and dispute purposes.

11. International transfers

Our infrastructure is global. Your data may be processed in the United States, the EU, or other jurisdictions where our hosting providers operate, all under appropriate safeguards (Standard Contractual Clauses where required).

12. Children

This service is for business / professional use only. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

13. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
